Can my order be cancelled?
We understand that mistakes can happen! If you placed an order unintentionally and would like to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form email.
Once an order is placed, there is a limited window in which we can intervene. We’re only able to cancel orders that have not yet been processed or fulfilled. If your order has already been sent to our warehouse or shipped, we unfortunately won’t be able to stop it in transit.
In cases where cancellation is no longer possible, you may be eligible for a return or store credit once the item has been delivered, depending on our return policy.
We recommend double-checking all order details before checking out to ensure everything is correct. For urgent requests, reaching out promptly gives us the best chance of helping you in time.
Can I change my delivery address after the order has been placed?
If you need to change the delivery address after placing your order, please reach out to us immediately via our chat widget or contact form. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request — however, once your order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.
For security and logistical reasons, we cannot guarantee redirection once the parcel is in transit. In these cases, you may be able to contact the courier directly with your tracking number to explore available delivery options.
To help avoid any issues, we recommend double-checking your shipping details before completing your purchase.
Can I still change my order?
We understand that preferences can shift — and we’ll do our best to help. If you need to make changes to your order (such as size, color, or item swaps), please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Once an order has begun processing or been fulfilled by our warehouse, we’re unfortunately unable to make modifications. This is because our fulfillment system moves quickly to ensure timely deliveries.
If your order has already shipped, you may still be eligible to request a return or exchange once your item arrives, depending on our return policy.
To ensure the best chance of adjusting your order, reach out promptly with your order number and the changes you'd like to make.
It says my order has been delivered, but I cant find it?
We know how frustrating this can be — and we’re here to help.
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please follow these steps first:
- Double-check the shipping address on your order confirmation.
- Look around your property — parcels are sometimes left in hidden spots (porch, side door, mailbox, garage, etc.).
- Ask household members or neighbors in case someone else accepted it on your behalf.
- Wait 24–48 hours — occasionally, carriers mark packages as delivered slightly before actual arrival.
If you've checked all of the above and still can't locate your package, please reach out to us, and we’ll assist you in filing a claim or exploring next steps.

Will you be restocking sold-out items?
We do restock select bestsellers and seasonal favorites based on demand. If something you love is currently sold out, we recommend signing up for restock alerts on the product page — or joining our newsletter to be the first to know when it’s back.
How often do you release new collections?
We curate new collections seasonally, with limited capsule drops throughout the year. Each release is thoughtfully designed to reflect the essence of the season. Keep an eye on our homepage and email updates for upcoming launches.
Do you offer sales or discount codes?

Can I apply a discount code after placing my order?
Unfortunately, discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be retroactively applied once an order has been placed. We recommend double-checking your cart before completing your purchase to ensure all discounts are added.
